The series has been running on South African television channels over the past two decades, taking armchair travellers to exotic destinations on the African continent and beyond. Johan Badenhorst and his team have travelled more than 300 000 km on the continent that includes journeys from Casablanca to the Cape, on the Equator, from Agulhas to Alexandria and in Africa’s Great Rift Valley. Recently the team also visited Madagascar, India, and did an extensive journey within the borders of South Africa.
